Following along with recomendations and guidance from the CDC, masks will now be optional for all clients and staffs.
If you'd prefer your technician to wear mask, please let us know when booking or upon arrival.


Polished Nail Bar Policy

Appointments | Walk-In's

Reservations are recomended so we can secure a time that accommodates your schedule; however, we are happy to accept walk-ins whenever possible. In order to keep providing quality services, Polished Nail Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious, anyone with open/or infected wounds in treatment area, and/or anyone ill of health that may be harmed by our services.
Starting July 1st, we will no longer be accepting any Fullset Removal appointment only unless you got the Fullset with us or get another full service with the Fullset Removal.

Late Arrivals | No-Show's | Cancelations

We understand that circumstances may arise when you cannot keep your appointment, but in consideration of our nail technicians, we ask that you please provide a 24 -hour cancellation notice. If you think you may be late for your appointnmmnent please call the salon and let us know. If we have not established contact within the first 5-10 minutes of your appointment time, your reservation may be reopened and/or given away. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time of your reservation. Guests with more than 2 No-Show's may be asked to prepay future appointments at time of booking.

Children

We ask that you please do not have your children accompany you unless they are scheduled for a service. There are chemicals and tools that when ingested or used improperly may be harmful. For your children's safety and as a courtesy to other salon guests, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times.

Gift Certificates

All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. Effective January 1st, 2018, Polished Nail Bar is unable to accept gift certificates that were issued in Brookfield at the former Polished location. We will continue to accept valid gift certificates issued at Polished Nail Bar 621 E. Brady St.

Services Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If at any point your are not satisfied with your service please let your nail technician or a Front Desk Coordinator know before leaving the salon to rectify the situation. The longevity of no-chip (gel) depends on multiple factors including, but not limited to lifestyle, health, maintenance and care, and product chemistry. If your service/s include a no-chip and issue arise after you leave the salon please contact us no later than 3 days after your original appointment to schedule any repair free of charge. A No-Chip Polish Change does not include a manicure, therefore is not guaranteed. Proper Traditional polish services are not guaranteed, due to the nature of the product.

Returns and Refunds

There are no refunds on any services rendered. If you are not satisfied with a service please contact us to reschedule or perform a repair on your service. In regards to parties, a non refundable fee is required to secure parties that would like to reserve the salon for a private party. Cancellations for parties are required 1 week prior to the date of services being received. Any service(s) not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-shows will be charged half price to the credit card used to secure appointments
